Saved Views allow you to save every possible aspect of a table view. This comes in handy if you always want to see the same information in the same format every time you view a table.
The Table characteristics saved within a view:
- Columns: The current state of all columns, preferred order, and if they are pinned
- Filters: Both Basic and Advanced filters and the queries within them are saved
- Sorting: If you want your table sorted by a particular value
- Rows-per-page: Allows you to anticipate the same page size on every visit
How to Save a View:
- When you have all of the above table characteristics set up to your liking, click the “Save View As” button towards the top of the page. When you hover over the button, you will notice all of the edits you made to the table are listed:
- When you select the "Save View As" button, a modal will open, prompting you to add a name for your new view:
- Once saved, you can use the new saved view by selecting the name within the “Views” dropdown.
